Why not release the album one song a week? Every Friday maybe? It'll be a steady flow of music instead of all at once, that'll surely work!

I'm starting with Opening, but that tracks literally just the opening track (wow, big surprise) and isn't anything special.

The album I intend on releasing this year is called "Crossroads", and I have about 8 tracks at full length so far.

Though I don't know how well it counts since as with Cyber, a couple of earlier versions are present in JAMuary!

Example: Rooftop Run has been extended to around 3.5 minutes.

Generic Slow Dramatic Track has been renamed to Exposition and only lightly tweaked.

I finally remembered where I was going with Half Baked and extended it to the full 6 minutes.

Also I recently posted a reject from the album, in-place there's already a much better track that still sounds a bit different from my usual.

Hopefully I can finish this by the end of the year, right now I'm a bit further than halfway there!

So last year in march I had a sort of "album" thing, why not do something similar this year? Idk when I'll finish it, but I will try to make it better than the one last year.

I got sick so unfortunately I'll be stepping out of JAMuary for now, sorry!

That being said there is a few tracks I'm happy with, so I see this as an absolute win either way

I have a few files I found laying around of like 95% finished tracks from 2021-2022 (when I just started making music), and was wondering whether I should just hastily finish them if possible and upload them under a folder called "Mauve's Backlog" since some of them I think are actually really neat compared to other tracks I made around their time

I have wanted to make something that invokes a sense of flying, but I don't even know where to begin aaaaa

I released my first main album here! It's called Cyber and I've been working on it since december.

The first half I was sort of gradually posting onto here as I finalized everything about it :D

I got one main reason

Wrist pain + burnout

I missed day 11 of jamuary :(

Do not use my songs as a NoNG replacement track.

Just don't, it genuinely makes the track look like "just a placeholder" or "just a replacement" instead of the track it is.
